It is essentially one hour of anaerobics exercises, aerobics, plyometrics, strength training and dynamic-isometric stretching…all of this packed into fun choreographed routine! Kaia Juicy caters to all and opens up your mind, body and soul to a whole new world of fitness.

Juicy classes combine carefully selected fitness exercises and original dance routines – incorporating moves from hip hop, Bollywood, tango and contemporary dance. Juicy Kaia is one of the few disciplines at Kaia F.I.T. that works every muscle group in a single workout.
