Kaia FIT's mission is to create strong bodies and powerful minds. We are a women's fitness program that specializes in delivering personalized training in a group atmosphere. Kaia Cross Training is a total body workout that will help you build strength, increase your metabolism and tone your muscles. This class is built on a foundation of progression and is suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels. In each unique class, you will experience functional training, muscle confusion and perpetual motion, which will leave your body guessing and wanting more.
Kaia FIT is a core strengthening program with focus on function and muscle confusion. What does it take to live strong and live fit? We believe it takes a lot; cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy, and rest. With busy lives and a limited amount of time for exercise, we’ve developed a simple but creative workout program that engages women in different ways each day and keeps their bodies guessing.
One of the most important components of Kaia FIT is finding camaraderie through our programs. The women in our Kaia classes are all working towards the same goal of health and happiness, and become the motivation we all need to keep moving forward with our goals.
