Women’s only fitness in Reno

Kaia (ki-a) means “one with the beautiful body” and F.I.T. stands for Functional Intense Training. As such, Kaia F.I.T. Midtown’s mission is to create powerful minds within strong bodies. Kaia F.I.T. offers women-only programs in central and Northern Reno and specializes in delivering personalized training in a group atmosphere.

We have certified fitness professionals who will help you reach your personal fitness goals, no matter your age or fitness level. And, by working together as a team to get fit, Kaia girls can produce results that most would think are out of reach. Our holistic approach to fitness and healthy living will make you leaner, stronger, more flexible than ever – a better “you” than you ever thought possible.

Klass location: 820 So Virginia Street
(Midtown District)
Schedule: M, T, W, Th (5am, 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 4:15pm, 5:30pm)

Klass location: 75 Cowan Drive (River District)
Schedule:M, T, W, TH (5:15am)

Saturday: 6:30am: Walk/Run 6:30am OR 7:45am: Kaia JAM Cardio/Strength Class

Brik Session Orientation will be held Tuesday, August 26th @ So Virginia Location.



Incline Village Location!


6 weeks / 4 days a week!
Session Begins Sept 2nd.

Weekly classes include:

Strength: Tuesday, Thursday at 6am or 9:15am

Cardio: Wednesday 5:30pm - all class times

Power: Saturday: 8am or 9:15am
